Masha’s teaching offers a heart-opening, invigorating and experiential practice, grounded with a focus on both physical and energetic alignment. Yoga, when practiced with this holistic awareness becomes fluid movement therapy.

Sivananda Yoga: Is one of the most traditional styles of Yoga, having a holistic approach: Yoga shows us how to strengthen and harmonise our body, mind and spirit, in order to achieve a health, a balanced mind and inner peace.
Yoga helps remove internal obstacles and gives us the courage to live in a calm, equanimous and balanced internal state, especially when dealing with the challenges of modern daily life.
